The thesis
The freedoms young women enjoy today were hard-won by a generation of women who navigated the severe constraints of 1970s America - and Tisha Seawell's memoir bears personal witness to that cost, tracing her journey from a world of limited choices through her years as an exotic dancer and ultimately into the U.S. Army to deliver one urgent message: freedom is not a default setting, it is an inheritance that must be understood, honored, and fiercely cherished. NOTE: The book is strictly confined to the 1970s. Her later career as a medical provider is out of scope and must not appear in the thesis, outline, or framing.
