These terms govern your use of AuthorByline, a website-building and hosting service for authors operated by Dictate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant us permission to use it to build, publish, and host your website. You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish.

Acceptable use

Sites may not host unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content. We may suspend or take down a site that violates these terms.

Service

We aim to keep sites available and maintained. Publishing, unpublishing, and updates are provided as part of the service. Either party may end the service; on termination your site is taken offline.
